Browse and buy some native shrubs this Fall!

🌳 These plants are from Menunkatuck Audubon Society’s UrbanScapes Native Plant Nursery in New Haven, CT. They are true natives, no hybrids or nativars, grown without the use of pesticides. Cash or card accepted!

🍂 Fall is generally the best time to plant shrubs, as it allows roots to establish in warm soil while air temperatures are cooler, leading to healthier, more resilient plants.

The Museum/Nature Center will also be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. QVAS will be selling some native perennials, which will be cash only.
